Digital Products
Because products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once a download has been delivered.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered where:
- The file is corrupted.
- The file cannot be accessed.
- The purchased resource differs significantly from its description.
- Duplicate purchases occurred due to system error.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
